I’m Victoria M. Parham, but please, call me Victoria.  Thank you for stopping by to connect.  So, you wanna know more about who I am, hey?  Well, grab your favorite beverage, have a seat, and let’s get acquainted.

I’m a Motivational Life Coach – I meet people where they are in their lives (good or bad) and I help guide them through the process of achieving a specific Life Goal(s).  There you have it, the really cool, pretty version of what I do.

A bit of History:

I was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey to Harold & Helen Mitchell.  My mom was a nurse and daddy, he was a Jazz musician (trumpet player who played with some of the legends, Sassy Sarah Vaughn, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, and, countless others).

Immediately upon graduating high school, I decided to skip college and instead, I joined the United States Military (Army).   I spent much of my career overseas in Europe, where I met and married the love of my life – Dre.   Within a year, I became an Army wife, Veteran, and mother.  Instantly my life was changed.

The reality of the military lifestyle soon reared its ugly head.  As much as I tried to establish a career of my own, I was unsuccessful due to frequent relocations, economics, and, geography.

Fueled by frustration and anger, I began my quest to design a portable career that would be conducive to my new life as an Army spouse.

For the past two decades, I’ve held numerous job titles: consultant, resume writer, blogger, virtual assistant, chief technology officer, facilitator/trainer, podcast talk show host, federal government contractor, and, most recently {Motivational Life Coach}.  Of all the roles, I’ve managed over the years, I’m most proud of my role as mommy & wife.

Strongest Attributes:

  • Listener – one of the greatest gifts you can give to another human being is your time and ear.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – I believe whole-heartedly in self-empowerment and self-sufficiency.
  • Persistence – people who succeed, people who win – do so – because they never quit.
  • Visionary – my life is bigger than my present – therefore, I stay focused on the big picture, always.

What I know for sure is: God is in Control

What I love most about Coaching is: watching people transition from being powerless to becoming Empowered over every aspect of their life.  I am humbled and honored to be a part of that transitional experience.
