During our 60-minute complimentary phone call or Zoom Meeting, I will briefly review your assessment responses with you, ask several questions to discover what your one immediate challenge is and what you want to accomplish through coaching. There will be time for you to ask questions.

Our Goal

To connect for 60 impactful minutes for an unscripted, free-flowing conversation to pinpoint your one challenge and agree on your next steps.

This application is expansive and will take approximately one hour or longer to complete (depending on how much you wish to share).  If you are unable to complete the form, you do have the option to “Save for Later” where you can come back later to complete.

Life Coaching is an Investment in oneself and our 60 minutes together will go by fast; so the more I can learn about you, your goals, and challenges, the more productive our time together can be.
