Happy Friday! As the week comes to a close, I wanted to share with you a short video clip I found on YouTube which features Tom Rath; he is the author of a wonderful read — How Full is Your Bucket.
I hope to write a short review on this book in the very near future. In the meantime, he offers some great tips for leaders on how to build up their employees — by keeping them engaged.
In order to keep anyone engaged, there should a connection — synergy between the people involved. For example, for a company to evolve to the next level, leadership must find ways to connect with staff. Next, identify ways for keeping them engaged continuously in order to reach the company’s established goals and vision.
As a solopreneur, what is your relationship with your clients? How do you keep them engaged? Do they consider you a part of their extended team, seeking your input — to take them to the next level?
I hope you find the clip just as resourceful.
Until my next post, think big, dream big, and always allow your purpose to be your passion!
